02 / Plan and evaluate trials
Agree on representative samples and measurable acceptance criteria. Assess thermal response, coating condition and repeatability. Record limitations and determine whether laser processing merits further development.
03 / Develop the integration concept
Translate supported trial findings into part handling, motion, enclosure, ventilation and controls requirements. Establish interfaces and responsibilities before final equipment selection.
04 / Agree on acceptance and handoff
Define the inspection plan, recipe boundaries, documentation, training and service scope in the project agreement. Production use depends on successful testing and the customer’s approval.
