Drying starts with the coating chemistry
Drying may involve solvent or water removal, film formation and a separate cure reaction. We begin with the coating supplier’s technical data, substrate limits and required finish properties. Laser processing is considered only where the material and application support it.
Build a practical process window
Review absorption, geometry, access, temperature limits and ventilation needs. Trials should check heating uniformity, appearance and damage risk before a production concept is selected.
